LOREN SCHRAGGER-PAEGLIS, a staff attorney for Andrus Anderson LLP, has a multi-faceted employment experience. Her work in electronic discovery, mediation, and engineering provides a unique perspective on efficiently analyzing the facts required to support a client’s legal rights in litigation. Notably, she has served as a team lead and legal reviewer for both plaintiff and defensive litigation reviews, including cases involving breach of contract between major chemical companies, Federal Corrupt Practices Act violations, environmental clean-ups, and regulatory and product liability issues in the automotive industry. She is proficient in working with the Disco and Relativity electronic discovery programs.
To broaden her legal skills, she became a New Jersey Court-qualified mediator and practiced mediation for a few years. She was also a member of the board of the Justice Marie J. Garibaldi Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution and the New Jersey State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section.
She received her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, she participated in a summer clerkship with a United States Magistrate, United States District Court, District of Connecticut, and was a legal intern for the corporate counsel at Uniroyal, Inc.
After graduating from Lehigh University with degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Ms. Schragger-Paeglis applied her knowledge as an engineer at BFGoodrich, Chemical Group, and then Uniroyal Power Transmission Division, where she provided technical service to clients and performed production planning analyses.
Ms. Schragger-Paeglis has been admitted to the Texas and New Jersey State Bar.
