Lori Andrus to Speak at Consumer Attorneys of California’s Class Action Seminar

Andrus Anderson partner Lori Andrus will address the the Consumer Attorneys of California’s Ninth Annual Class Action Seminar on February 25, 2015. Her topic, “What You Need To Know About Rule 68 Offers,” will explore winning strategies for fending off corporate defendants’ attempts to “pick off” Class Representatives.

Ms. Andrus is an seasoned class action litigator who has handled a wide range of class cases, including wage and hour, consumer fraud and defective product class actions. Ms. Andrus has extensive experience in multidistrict litigation, representing individuals harmed by dangerous pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Ms. Andrus’ practice areas also include catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating (AV) for legal ability and ethical standards, and has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer for attaining the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
