On February 24, 2015, Andrus Anderson partner Jennie Lee Anderson will speak at the American Association for Justice’s Winter Convention about what practitioners can expect when proposed changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on discovery take in effect in December 2015. Ms. Anderson has been actively engaged in the rulemaking procedure, submitting comments on the proposed changes to the Federal Rules Committee on behalf of the AAJ Class Action Litigation Group and testifying before the Committee regarding the benefits and drawbacks of the proposed changes.
