Indirect Purchasers of CRT Products May Participate in $576.75 Million Settlement By Filing A Claim Before December 7

Individuals and businesses who purchased CRT (i.e., not flat screen) TVs or computer monitors between 1995-2007 may be entitled to cash payment from a class action settlement. Andrus Anderson LLP, along with its cocounsel, litigated against major electronics manufacturers around the world for many years, alleging that the defendants conspired to fix the prices of these goods in violation of the antitrust laws. The settlements total $576.75 million.
